- Guarantees that the maintenance carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas are maintained in accordance with the company’s specifications while in operation.
- Stock trolleys and cart compartments as directed by management or when necessary.
- Directly communicating all maintenance concerns to the front desk or manager.
- Informing the front desk and management of any visitor possessions that may have been left in the room. Whenever possible, accommodating and assisting guest requests. Consistently guaranteeing the wellbeing of both employees and visitors.
- Adherence to each and every safety and security policy and procedure
- assisting in the cleaning of all hotel areas as specified by the manager, including but not limited to the associate break room, visitor laundry, fitness center, vending areas, stairwells, and communal areas. Assumes responsibility for the hygiene of the entire establishment and any other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
