Key Responsibilities:

As a Vineyard Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the vineyard, ensuring the highest standards in the following areas:

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Viticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is required.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in vineyard management or a similar agricultural management role.
• Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of vineyard equipment, grape varieties, and pest management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions and maintaining good physical fitness.
